1 – Start putting them to bed 15 minutes early for a few night before the change. (I’m a few days late on this)
2 – For the weekend you should get up AT YOUR NORMAL time, and GO TO BED at your normal time. Sad but true (according to sleep experts)
3 – Get out IN THE SUNLIGHT in the morning if possible.
***Experts say it only takes 2 days for your body to adjust. Sometimes it feels like the whole week!
