We have all thought at some point while watching a zombie movie that we could survive an apocalypse better than the actors in the films, but is the city you live in among the best or worst for surviving a zombie apocalypse?
Luckily, you don't have to do your own research. Thanks to inspiration from the CDC's zombie apocalypse preparedness guide, Lawn Love sifted through data to find 2021's best cities for surviving a zombie apocalypse.
To make the rankings, Lawn Love compared 200 of the biggest U.S. cities by looking at key indicators that fall under the categories of public health, vulnerability, infrastructure, supplies, protection, and mobility.
So, which Missouri cities are the best for surviving a zombie apocalypse?
Making the top 100 out of 200 U.S. cities, Kansas City was listed at No. 38, Springfield was No. 56 and St. Louis ranked at No. 94.
