Damian Smith Red Stick Rice Showdown Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 24 10oz Bud Lights
- Some Kind of Sports Game
- 16oz Guidry's Creole Seasoning
- 16oz Red Beans
- Splash or two of vegetable oil
- Minced Garlic
- Tony's
- Salt
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Louisiana Hot Sauce
- Wyler's Beef Bouillon Cubes
Next Steps
- Have a couple adult beverages (21 years and up of course) and find a good sports game
- Add about 48oz of water to pot (6 quarts)
- Add Red Beans, Guidry Creole Seasoning, vegetable oil, and garlic
- Set over medium to low heat and cover pot
- Stir about every 30 minutes
- After 2 hours, add 4 Beef Bouillon Cubes
- Add one pound of sliced sausage
- 5 or 6 squirts of "what's dis here sauce"... (Worcestershire sauce)
- Plus seven dabs of Louisiana Hot Sauce
- Season to taste with salt and Tony's
- After three hours your meal will be complete
Tips: If it looks dry, add more water and cover pot.
