Drinking green tea three times a week could make you live longer and cut your risk of having a heart attack or stroke, a study has found. Antioxidants in the drink could help to protect the heart and keep people healthier for longer. Black tea does not offer the same benefits.
Of course experts were also quick to point out while it is good for you, drinking hot green tea, won’t offset other unhealthy behavior. As always they also recommend you check with your doctor first.
