Turns out kids can get a benefit from watching TV. Certain TV shows of course. They are more likely to snack on an apple or carrot instead of chips after watching a healthy cooking TV show. A new study found children aged 10 to 12, when left to choose from a tray of snacks, chose differently depending on what cooking show or food commercials they watched. Here’s the strangest results, it could be as little as 10 minutes of watching to create an effect on their choices!
