How to schedule around family dust-ups over the holidays!

Generally speaking we need a break from each other every 4 hours. But researchers have found there is an exact time that is worse than others.

The day after Christmas, right around 2:13 in the afternoon, everyone should be allowed their own space to chill.

Why? The post-Christmas gift opening, church gathering and overall sugar crash of all the celebrating hits the hardest at that time. It makes everyone a lot testier than normal.

What to do to prevent it? Starting around 2 PM everyone should take 20-45 minutes of downtime to boost their morale! Do as they please but they can not disturb anyone else.
