LA Pride 2019

We've been waiting for Meghan Trainor's third album for over a year now, after the singer announced she was pushing it back last August. But it looks like we won't have to wait much longer to hear the new collection of songs. On Wednesday (November 6), the pop star announced the new release date during a visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show. The record, which is still titled Treat Myself, is slated to come out on January 31, 2020.

"I got to announce the OFFICIAL release date of my album Treat Myself exclusively on @theellenshow today!!!" the 25-year-old wrote on Instagram. "We’ve worked so hard to bring this album to life and I cannot wait to finally share it with the world...For realz this time 😘"

Though she hasn't revealed the full track list, Treat Myself is a 15-song collection that includes the singles "Wave" and last year's "No Excuses." On Thursday (November 7), she shared a third song that will be featured on the album called "Workin' On It."

"This song means the world to me!!!" she divulged on Instagram before revealing Lennon Stella and Sasha Sloan co-wrote the track. "My favorite singer/songwriters helped me write these honest words for this anthem. I love you two so much @sadgirlsloan @lennonstellaThank you FOREVER for this one💖 hope this helps someone out there as much as it helps me #workinonit"
