A new study has found women in particular are missing out on time out in nature and it is having a negative effect on their mood. Fresh air helps us unwind, feel happier and revitalized.

So how much is enough? Well it can be as little as 20-30 minutes a day but is really whatever amount of time you need to feel calm and relaxed!
