Want to feel thinner? Smell a lemon or pepper!

We all sort of knew that a scent could make you a certain memory or put you in a different mood but now a new study has found something more! Sniffing a lemon or pepper could make you feel thinner but the scent of vanilla or raspberry may have the opposite effect. Researchers discovered that scents are able to change how people perceive their body image.

They believe this could lead to help with body image issues and perhaps even help with healthy body weight goals!
