Daydreaming helps you to be more creative!

In the incredibly creative area that we live in you can sometimes feel as though you are missing out if you are not creative. It may just be that you are not giving yourself the break you need to become creative! You can be more creative not just with artistic things but problem solving too. Just give yourself a daydreaming break!

  1. Set a timer for 20-30 minutes. This will help you to not stress about spending too much time daydreaming.
  2. Make a mental list of the three most important things that are occupying your mind.
  3. Now try to think about everything and anything apart from those things. This may create a mind space where daydreams can sprout creativity.
