Drinking orange juice could slash the risk of dementia in half as it protects the brain. In this most recent study of men around 50 they found 6 portions a day of fruits and veggies did wonders but similar results were also found in a test group that ate a relatively small amount of fruits and veggies but had a small glass of orange juice daily.
