Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Meghan Markle. She dreamed of becoming a princess, like most girls. Meghan is smart, witty, resourceful and articulate. She took her ideas and thoughts to the Internet to pen a special blog, called The Tig, to post about her take on food, fashion and other lifestyle topics. In a particular post, she writes "Little girls dream of being princesses. I, for one, was all about She-Ra, Princess of Power," as an introdution to an interview she conducted with Princess Alia Al-Senussi from Libya.
She continued with reference to her future sister in law:
"Grown women seem to retain this childhood fantasy. Just look at the pomp and circumstance surrounding the royal wedding and endless conversation about Princess Kate."
Amazing that a short four years later, she herself, would be the center of a royal wedding when she walked down the aisle to meet Prince Harry this past May! Sometimes, dreams DO come true!
