Fertility diet is not the same for women and men

A Harvard study has found food CAN boost a woman's and man’s chance of conceiving.   

The changes in diet could boost fertility, but they are not the same for both genders.  Salmon, high in omega-3 fatty acids, directs blood flow to the reproductive organs which could increase fertility in women. Spinach and whole grains are another must have for mommies-to-be.  Meanwhile, dark chocolate contains an amino acid proven to increase a male’s count, motility and volume. They should also get plenty of blueberries and citrus fruits.

However soda and soy have been proven in studies to decrease fertility in both men and women. Click here for more info
