Are YOU easily distracted at your computer? Microsoft to launch 'focus assist'
Microsoft is going to add a new feature to Windows 10 software. It is set up to stop users being distracted. The update is called Focus Assist. It allows you to temporarily switch off email and social media notifications. It was created after research showed people are being interrupted and switching tasks about every three minutes - and it takes 2-3 minutes to get back into serious focus. The "Focus Assist" will be free too!
