Stressed? Fish Oil could be key!

Fish supplements protect our brains from chronic stress. Researchers from John's Hopkins University found that fish oil could be effective in alleviating the effects of chronic stress and PTSD on the brain. The key ingredient in the supplement is of course omega-3! That essential fatty acid was found to repair areas of the brain damaged by traumatic events. In Tokyo it has been used to help treat emergency rescue workers. Oddly studies have found it to be a more effective treatment when given to women.
