2 in 5 don’t think their boss is even good at their job.
1 in 10 had no respect for their manager.
62% have actually considered looking for a new job just to get away from a manager.
The worst characteristic of a boss--according to the survey – is a failure to communicate clearly what they want. Coming in at second was being inconsistent, and in third, taking credit for another’s success.
