What spice could be the answer to your migraines?

This has been dubbed year of the supper spice and a new study proves that is a great name for it. For people suffering 14 or less migraines a month a compound found in the spice Tumeric could be just the answer. The anti-inflammatory effects of the spice as well as being a strong antioxidant are the reasons for it. More studies need to be done. But it is believed the biggest hurdle is the spice needs to be combined with the right foods to allow it to be absorbed better.
