Certain foods may make your child’s eczema worse

It is estimated that one in three infants and toddlers suffer from eczema and other related skin conditions. Now a nutritionist has put together the 12 foods to avoid to help relieve the itchy, flaky skin. The best part is, that by not medicating the symptoms away, the likelihood that the child will grow up to not have as many food allergies is improved.

The recommendation is to ditch:

Dairy

Wheat products,

Citrus fruits,

Eggs,

Nuts,

Seafood,

Chemical food additives,

Preservatives and coloring,

Eczema-prone individual should also avoid broccoli.

Eggs,

Deli meats,

Chocolate.

Not a whole lot left to eat but still worth it in the long run.
