You know that one couple on social media that is always posting shots of their super great relationship, is it really? Some research on it suggests it may be a sign of the opposite. It's called having a very high “relationship visibility”. That over-posting may really be about a partner may be a mask for relationship insecurity, according to a study. But no post at all aren’t the answer either. Researchers believe very low “relationship visibility” is an indication of avoid-ant attachment. Meaning they could be withdrawing from their partners. Of course if your spouse is not the type to post a lot of anything then you just have someone who is not into social media at all.
