Being in the right place at the right time doing the right thing is incredibly rewarding. Experts reveal there are quite a few things we can do to make that happen. 

Exercise--do it in the morning and you are more likely to lose weight and boost your mood. However, do exercise in the late afternoon and you are less likely to harm yourself and you will perform it more efficiently. 

Coffee/caffeine-- Drink it 90 minutes after you wake, rather than right away, and you will need less of it throughout the day. 

Break time--According to the experts: As often as you can. Follow the 20-20-20 rule. Every twenty minutes look for 20 seconds at something 20 feet away from starring at your computer. Once an hour take a five minute walk. 

Run a marathon--When your age has a nine at the end (19,29,39, etc.) For some unexplained reason, nearing the end of a decade seems to quicken a runner’s pace.
