General Motors says it will mass produce a self-driving car WITHOUT a steering wheel or pedals in 2019
The Cruise AV will be a rebranded version of the Chevrolet Bolt EV. TheCompany has filed a petition with the US federal government seeking permission. It asked for 16 alterations to existing vehicle safety rules to enable its launch. They have yet to identify where it will launch and when testing will start.
