Another great reason to exercise…

Exercise is not only good for a healthy heart but new research has found exercise can reverse damage to sedentary, aging hearts and help prevent risk of future heart failure -- if it's enough exercise, and starts soon enough, too. According to a study by cardiologists, exercise needs to begin while our hearts still have some plasticity, so before our mid-60s. We also need to do 30 minutes at least of exercise 4-5 times a week making sure we break a sweat but that exercise could be dancing or cleaning! However, less than that is not enough to truly change the heart.
