Want to lose weight? According to a survey, SLEEP is key to shedding pounds. Roughly 74% of dieters with regular sleep patterns found it easier to lose weight. Its estimated 4 out 5 of the good sleepers were likely to follow consistent healthy eating routines, too.
The survey found the most effective dieters slept between seven hours 30 minutes and eight hours a night. The optimal time to begin sleeping was 10:10 PM. Although experts suggest whenever you nod off is fine so long as you are getting enough sleep and it is consistent.
