Lack of sleep linked to teen addiction!
Kids who sleep less are at higher risk of depression, drug-taking and risky behavior. In scans they found decreased activity in the area of the brain that operates goal-oriented actions and reward learning in those who lacked sleep. It was also found to lead to depression.
