1. HAVING TOO MUCH ELECTROMAGNETIC STRESS
Loads of research has backed up not having your mobile devices in the room as they disturb your sleep in a number of ways. But if you want to be Feng shui you also need to move the radio alarm clock away from your bed and any other large metal items.
2. HAVING NO HEADBOARD ON THE BED The bed needs to feel secure. The head board should have no gaps through to the wall. The idea is energy does not leak away. Also avoid slatted headboards and metal ones.
3. HAVING TOO MANY PATTERNS
Patterns, especially geometric ones, are too stimulating.
4. POOR CIRCULATION
Don’t keep the windows closed all the time and rely only on air conditioning. Open a window from time-to-time. Ideally, while you sleep, open the window but it doesn’t have to be then. You could do it only while you are changing the sheets to get some benefit from it.
