This dessert was relatively easy to make. You just have to make sure you thinly slice and dice your apples.
4 large green apples (thinly sliced)
3/4 c. of cranraisins (or 1 c. of cranberry fresh/frozen)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Rolled Oats
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/3 c. butter
Heat oven to 375 F
Lightly coat an 8-inch-square baking pan with butter.
In a bowl combine the sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and softened butter. Set mixture aside.
Add apples and cranberries to the pan. Sprinkle the mixture over the fruit and bake until golden brown--about 30 minutes.
