The Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre presents the nationally-acclaimed holiday classic The Nutcracker – A Tale From the Bayou, continuing under artistic direction of Rebecca Acosta and Jonna Cox.
The annual holiday production, created by Sharon Mathews and Molly Buchmann in 1992, delights audiences every year with beautiful dancing, lush sets, and the live accompaniment of the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra. Nearly 300 local cast members will perform, joined by professional guest artists.
