Brought to you by the charitable Halloween krewe 10/31 Consortium, the Fifolet Halloween Festival is a treasure trove of Halloween celebrations each fall in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This multi-day festival, with origins starting in 2010, boasts a wide variety of events including a costume ball, pub crawl, 5k, arts market, parade, and awards brunch.
