Couldn't Watch Tiger Band's Halftime Show For Saints Game? Here It Is!

Ask any sports network exec, and they'll tell you halftime is a game break for scores and highlights. That's not a halftime show. Last night, the LSU Golden Band from Tigerland reminded the sold-out crowd at the Mercedes Benz Superdome what a halftime show is. Just in case they forgot.

While the Saints had a huge last-second heart-stopping win over the Texans, LSU Tiger Band gave us a heart-pumping performance that ignited some South Louisiana pride in the crowd. Ask anyone who was there, and they will tell you it was infectious. We just couldn’t see it on TV. So, for everyone like me who wanted to see this but couldn't, here ya GEAUX!

Final thought: Honestly, I don't care to hear about how bad the Cleveland Browns got beat on Sunday. Next time, maybe the sports anchors should just be quiet, and let the music play. They can still post team news and score updates on the ticker at the bottom of the screen if they must, but don’t mess with my Tiger Band!
