Seasonal depression is more common than you think which has helped improve the studies into it. One of the cool things they found was the mood disorder typically starts to come on in the fall and at exactly the same time we have many in-season ingredients that contain depression-busting nutrients!
Of course since we have been able to get nearly everything year round we are not helping the matter. Instead of eating a healthy variety we eat only our favorites and miss out on the benefits that come with seasonal food.
