Exercise Snacking is a thing! We are supposed to get at least 150 minutes of exercise a week. Although it is estimated that less than 6% of us actually do that much. Primarily the problem is fitting in five 30 minute sessions in a week but it turns out we don’t have to do all 5. “Exercising Snacking” is the new approach! 5 minute burst of exercise scattered 6 times throughout the day. So dancing to two songs an hour, not including when you go to lunch or are in a meeting, and that should do it!
