We know meditation is good for our health as it decreases our stress-level and that has loads of benefits. However if you are like myself and find you are not all that successful when it comes to meditating, guess what? Just listening to yoga music before you go to sleep holds benefits as well. It is not quite same as listening to any music. Yoga music has a rhythm that can cut your risk of having a heart attack and reduces your anxiety level.
