Eggs are not for breakfast!

Looks like the mistake we may have been making with eggs in the past was not that we ate them but when we ate them! 

Eating eggs at dinner can boost the quality and quantity of sleep. Not only that, but eating two eggs a day can help with weight loss and improve our nails! Apparently egg whites have a natural sedative that helps the body get sleepy by producing melatonin.
