Are we harming our kids’ health over the summer months?
It’s fun in the summer months to relax the rules a bit when it comes to our kids but are we doing it too much?!? Apparently parents let their children consume up to FIVE TIMES as much sugar during the summer break as they would over any other time. Ice creams and sugary drinks are the biggest culprits, and at the same time we aren’t making sure they are eating vegetables and we also become lacks with hygiene habits, too. The key to reigning this in is creating a summer routine similar to the school time routine.
