Fellow fragile sleepers…Yes, that is a term I just coined. Because I can sleep it’s just some nights I wake in the middle of it and on some nights I can’t fall asleep. Turns out, it could be what we are or are not eating.
Good things to eat for sleep:bananas, nuts and the classic warm glass of milk.
Bad things: dark chocolate…sigh…we should also avoid salty food and surprisingly, ice cream! You would think the dairy like in a warm glass of milk would work, but the sugar is way worse. Like too much salt our bodies get dehydrated trying to rid itself of the excess.
