Cell phones causing us to need more sleep

It’s long been recommended we get eight hours of sleep a night but now with social media and cell phone attention seeking gadgets we are extra stressed. Experts are now saying we need MORE than 8 hours sleep. 

One of the main functions of sleep is to take all the information we get throughout the day and sort into what's relevant. With all the extra info coming in from the gadgets sleep and health organizations say to get eight hours of sleep a night we need 8.5 hours in bed to ensure we spend at least eight actually sleeping. The average American gets closer to seven.
