Why Eating Alone is Not Good for You

The one simple thing you probably do daily that could be causing unhappiness.

 Eating meals alone is the biggest cause of unhappiness, after mental illness and financial problems. When we eat alone the isolation it creates, eats away at our well-being and can even contribute to sleep deprivation.  Dinners out isn't the only answer. Enjoying a bag lunch with a co-worker can help you maintain a healthy human connection.
