Doctors have warned that current fashions are changing the way we walk – and having a detrimental impact on our health.
Many of the problems are obvious. Clothing that is too tight like SKINNY JEANS and tight skirts restrict movement of our knees and hips.
High Heals make us constantly walk around correcting our balance and that is horrible on many parts of our bodies. Surprisingly backless shoes are troublesome too.
Less obvious is big scarves and chunky jewelry, like conversation piece necklaces. Overtime they really do a number on our necks.
Likewise our beloved purses can cause health issues. Too big is obviously bad but even if it’s a medium or small one, if we are always carrying it on the same shoulder it messes with our spine balance.
