It is hard to believe that 12th Night on Monday has FOUR parades rolling in the New Orleans area. it's kinda like preseason in sports, before the regular parade season starts February 1. That's early because Fat Tuesday falls on February 25th this year.
Most of us who have been in South Louisiana know the routine with Mardi Gras Parades.
