Naked buffalo chicken kebabs

Mix together and then marinate, in a covered container in the fridge, for one hour:
1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
1 lbs raw boneless, skinless, raw chi ken cut into cubes.
Cut one large peeled carrot and a medium onion into 1 inch chunks. With 2 tbs of water, in a covered dish microwave for 11/2 minutes.
Thread chicken and veggies on skewers and grill for 5 minutes, covered, over medium-high heat. Flip and grill for 6-8 minutes more. Serve with a dipping sauce of 2 Tbsp of Tabasco sauce mixed into 1/2 cup of Blue-cheese dressing or fat-free raunch.
