Want to become more of a morning person? The following are the seven steps to becoming one.As a morning person I have to agree with the first 4 steps…not so sure about the rest.

1. Sleeping on the left side of the bed (check)

2. Setting your alarm to your favorite feel-good music station (96.1 The River, check)

3. Exercise when you wake up (check)

4. Slow energy release breakfast (mainly protein, check)

This part makes me wonder…

5. Doing a headstand daily (?)

6. An ice-cold shower (??)

7. Wearing something yellow in bed (???)
